De repente, às 20h25, pouco antes do início do espetáculo, um apagão: todos os aparelhos, sons e luzes desligados. O público se assustou, mas os circenses não. Sabiam que alguém provavelmente estaria esquecendo uma regra de ouro daquele lugar: se for tomar banho na hora do espetáculo, desligue o chuveiro elétrico. Acredite, sempre tem um idiota para esquecer uma regra tão simples. Alguém gritou, então: desliga o chuveiro!
Aí eu desliguei.

Suddenly at 8:25 pm, just before the start of the show, a blackout: all the sounds and lights suddenly turned off. The crowd got scared, but the circus people didn't. They knew someone would probably be forgetting a golden rule of that place: if you're going to take a shower at show time, turn off the electric shower. Believe me, there is always an idiot to forget such a simple rule. Someone shouted: turn off the shower!
I turned it off, then.
